RT9818 是用於微處理器( MCU )和數位系統供電監控的微功耗電壓檢測器，擁有在 1.2V~5V 範圍內的、以 0.1V 為間距的固定電壓檢測閾值，可滿足絕大多數數位系統的需求。RT9818 的電流消耗僅為 3μA，它通過在電源電壓 VDD 低於其電壓檢測閾值時輸出重定信號來完成電壓監控功能。在 VDD 低於電壓檢測閾值期間，重定信號將持續有效，並在 VDD 上升超過電壓檢測閾值之後持續並延遲預定的時間之後釋放。RT9818 可以 SC-82、SC-70-3、SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5和 SOT-89 等封裝形式供貨。
